How long does my order take to ship?

As we are a small business shipping from a rural area your items expected delivery time will take approximately 5-10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No, we currently only ship products in Australia. Sorry for any disappointment.

What is your return policy? 

Damaged or faulty items - If you receive any damaged or faulty items please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your product. To arrange an exchange, replacement or refund, please include a detailed description and photo of the product in question.

Incorrect order - If you receive any products that have been sent in error please contact us. Please include a detailed description and photo of the product in question.

Allergic reaction - If you experience any allergic reactions to Quintessence Essence products, please stop the use of the products immediately. In this rare situation we will accept the return of the product and offer a full refund. In this unfortunate occurrence please contact us providing a photo of the reaction. We request the the product not be used more than 15%.
