- 60mls (1/4 cup) macadamia oil (or similar alternative)

- 20mls beeswax pellets (makes a hard, stable balm - use less beeswax for a softer balm)

- 20 drops of Kunzea essential oil

- 20 drops of Anise Myrtle essential oil

*Option to double or triple these amounts to make more balms

*This balm can be crafted with a traditional dried herbal infusion (steeping dried herbs in oil for 2-5 weeks). Keep in mind essential oils hold the highest potency so will have more desired effects for targeting pain and inflammation.

Instructions:

1. Melt the Beeswax: In a double boiler, melt the beeswax over low heat. Stirring occasionally. 

2. Add Oil: Once the beeswax is melted, slowly add the oil and stir constantly until well combined. 

3. Add Essential Oils: Remove from heat and add essential oils mixing well. 

4. Pour into Containers: Pour the mixture into clean jars or tins and let it cool completely before putting lids on.

5. Use: Apply the salve on places of pain and/or inflammation, such as sore muscles, old injuries, period pain, nerve pain, sore tired feet etc.
